In October 2020, the emblematic Michelin Guide awarded a star to Kevin Lejeune’s
La Canne En Ville, marking the chef’s already illustrious career. From the snacking offer to the more authentic menus through the flagship dishes of the local cuisine, Kevin Lejeune imposes himself by offering a high-flying menu mixed with Belgian classics revisited or not.
Talented chef Kevin Lejeune was barely in his thirties when he was awarded his first Michelin star, less than two years after opening his restaurant at Le Canne en Ville. Having worked in highly regarded establishments before this, he inherited respect for seasonal products and a preference for a culinary aesthetic that is both appealing and exquisite.
On the occasion of its 110th anniversary, the Steigenberger Icon Wiltcher’s Brussels innovates under the theme «Sparkling snow” to celebrate the end of year festivities.
Throughout the month of December, the hotel creates unique moments of celebration. Guests will enjoy a gourmet experience and marvel at the magic of Christmas coming to taste waffles, finger foods, hot chocolate, champagne and unique cocktails AT WILTCHER’S WINTER CHALET.
